Czech ceramics are different. In bursts of imagination, artists go beyond the vessel tradition,
creating sculptures and almost stories from the material clay. Galerie Heller's ‘ART FROM
PRAGUE I’ series takes another look at the Prague scene with Eva Slaviková's abstract forms,
Elżbieta Grosseová's whimsical, organoid creations and Jiří Laštovička's porcelain figure
scenes. Although they have all been part of the programme for years, they have never stood
